A lot of us are at that age. You know that age where we suddenly realize that we passed middle age a while back. We also recognize that maybe we didn't take as good care of our bodies as we should have.
But better late than never. Now might be the time to get yourself back on track. Yes, we are well past middle age, but we can still improve our overall fitness. You can make it easy on yourself and start with some Youtube videos. You don't have to leave the house, and the videos are free. So no excuses, right? Below I have some of my favorite Youtube workouts. I hope you will find them not only helpful but enjoyable too.
