What kind of life you have can be determined by your habits. We all have habits and routines we have woven into our life. Every morning, we brush our teeth and put the coffee on. And then, in the evening, we again brush our teeth and wash our faces before bed. These habits we do almost without thinking about it. They have just become a way of life. It stands to reason that there will be habits that will significantly impact and influence our lives. Our habits are sort of the blueprint of our life.
