Things I Will Not Miss About Winter
I will not miss the dark days of winter. Give me that daylight savings time back!! I need warm sunshine at all times. Life is just so much better when it's warm
I do not in any way, shape, or form like cold weather. Once cold weather arrives, I stay cold until June. Seriously, do people enjoy being cold?
Snow is only pretty to look at in pictures. It's nice to see it in a movie. And maybe if it's just a few flurries in the air, I could deal with it looking out my window. But I will not miss the snow.
I am quite sure that I am not alone in my intense dislike of slippery icy roads. Slippery roads are dangerous! Yes, I have lived in Michigan pretty much all my life. And maybe, the winter roads didn't bother me so much when I was younger. But now I say NO To snowy, icy roads.
I'm not too fond of high heat bills or hearing about the high heat bills from the guy who pays the heating bill. Yeah, that would be my husband. And he pretty much feels the same way I do about winter.
I've been sitting here trying to think of just one little thing I might miss about winter. And the answer is a big NOTHING! I will keep thinking about it, though.
Now this is what I call a perfect day.
