Tips for living better life.

Every Monday or Friday pick an area or a project you want to tackle in the coming week. Even if you only work on it for fifteen minutes or so you are getting it started. Maybe set aside a little time each week to work on the area until you have completely accomplished your goal. Then begin the next area that needs some work.

Slow but sure wins the race.
