Happiness Habits

Spend time with people who make you happy.

Make time to do the things you most like to do. Add one of the things you enjoy doing to your daily to-do list.

Laugh long and often.

Only focus on the things you can control. Let go of those things that are out of your control.

Exercise. Just like exercise is good for your health; exercise can also contribute to your happiness. It's easier to be happy if you are feeling good.

Happy people generally have a more positive attitude about life and things in general.

Learn to forgive. Granted, it's not always easy, but you are probably hurting more than the person or situation that caused your pain. They have probably forgotten all about it. Don't allow them the power to hurt you still. So let it go. You are the only one who has been suffering.
