11 Tips For Starting The New Year
It's a brand new year. It's all up to us how we want this year to go. We can make this one hell of a good year if we focus on what we want.
Do you want to feel better? Look better? Be happier?
Tips for the new year-
1. Get over it. Whatever it is, get over it. We all have
something that we let get to us. Just let it go and move on.
Don't let something drag you down that you have no control over.
2. Focus on the things you have in your life to be thankful for. The list is longer than you think it is.
3. Start an exercise routine. I promise you will find yourself feeling better as a result.
4. Make a plan. Set a goal. What do you want to achieve in 2020? Have something you are working toward and want to achieve. What a great feeling it will be when you make it happen.
5. Treat everyone the way you would like to be treated. Kindness goes a long way in making someone's day brighter.
6. Do a small make-over of your appearance. Maybe a new hairstyle or color. Try some new makeup. Shake up your wardrobe.
7. Eat more fruits and vegetables and less sugary foods. Your body will thank you.
8. Spend less time on social media. Your brain will thank you.
9. Try some new things. Try even a small, easy step out of your comfort zone. I know there is something you have always wanted to try. Go for it!
10. Get rid of the clutter. Keep only the things that make you happy and serve a purpose.
11. Take a look back at the previous year. What worked for you, and what was a total disaster? Learn from last year.
Sometimes we have to make some hard decisions to let go of the things that are not working. And there are times we have to push ourselves to go after the things we want. But in the end, it will be worth it. We are worth it.
