Trouble Focusing? Quotes And Tips To Inspire

Focus Tips And Quotes

I realized a while back that I have significant issues with trying to focus on one thing at a time. Some times within seconds of starting a project, I find myself suddenly veering off in a different direction. I let myself be distracted by random little unimportant things.

It's tough to try and get things accomplished when you can't stay focused on the task at hand.

In an attempt to help myself stay focused on whatever my task at hand might be, I am going to start trying the tips below. That is if I can focus on them. (small joke there)

I am a morning person. I get more done first thing in the morning. So, I will do the most important thing on my to-do list first thing in the morning.

I will write down a list of things I want to accomplish. I will cross them off as I finish them. It always feels good to cross things off my list. You know that 'I did it!' Feeling.

I will eliminate as many distractions as I can. Those I can't seem to eliminate, I will try to ignore.

I will work on one thing at a time. Set a timer and work only on one thing at a time.

I will read about and follow people who I admire for their ability to be so productive and successful.

With a bit of perseverance, I may be able to get this focus issue of mine on the right track.
